A one-time $10 PMA membership fee unlocks a world of growth and good vibes. This “golden ticket” gets future members like you access to exclusive perks (more on that below!). Every extra donation or session fee fuels our mission, like offering free or discounted breathwork to Serenity Star in Smithville and San Antonio, helping folks in addiction recovery, and teaching youth to breathe through stress.
