Hey, tribe! Before you click “Pay” and lock in your breathwork, Qigong, or retreat spot, give this a quick once-over. It’s short, it’s fair, and it keeps the good vibes flowing.

1. We Need 24 Hours Notice

Same-day bookings are like trying to catch lightning in a bottle — not happening. Book at least 24 hours ahead so Julie can prep the space, the sound bowls, and her best “let’s breathe” smile.

2. Refund & Exchange Policy

When you cancel…What you get

48+ hours before Full refund (minus PayPal’s tiny fee).

Within 48 hours No cash refund, but a 100 % credit for any future session or retreat (never expires).

Think of it as a rain-check for your soul.

3. Payment Options

One simple PayPal link opens the door to PayPal, Venmo, or credit/debit card (Stripe is baked in). Pick your flavor at checkout — no extra buttons needed.

4. Non-Profit & Faith-Based Mission

Primal Path Academy is a 508(c)(1)(a) faith-based non-profit. Your payment supports:

• Free/discounted sessions for the residents at Serenity Star recovery homes

• Youth breathwork to melt stress

• Primitive-skills gatherings under the oaks

No commercial profit here — just transformation.

5. Your PMA Membership

A one-time $10 fee (included in your first payment) enrolls you in our Private Membership Association (PMA). That’s your golden ticket to members-only events, recordings, and priority retreat spots.

6. Liability & Nature

We meet you where you are — barefoot in the sand or on a yoga mat. You’re responsible for your own well-being. If something feels off, please speak up.

7. Changes & Forces of Nature

Weather, wildfires, or cosmic hiccups? We may reschedule. You’ll get first dibs on the make-up date or a full credit.

8. Governing Law

Texas soil, Texas heart. These terms follow the laws of the Lone Star State.
